Combining rustic charm with modern conveniences, our log cabins have showers, toilets, hot and cold running water, refridgerators, propaine rainges with ovens, and electricity from diesel generators. Every Cabin comes complete with comfortable inner-spring beds, sheets, blankets, pillows, tea and bath towels, soap and tissues.

Kitchens are well equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, pots, pans coffee pots and toasters. Or if you prefer there are outdoor barbecues.

We have Heavy Duty 16-foot aluminum boats that are equipped with padded swivel seats, 9.9 horsepower Johnson motors. Each boat is also provided with a map of the lake, as well as a landing net.

Flights to and from the Lodge are provided but must be booked in advanced. Flying is done in the morning, weather permitting and the 100lb. limit per guest is strictly enforced. Fights are dependent of local weather conditions; therefore we cannot be liable for delays. Weather delays are a common occurance so plan ahead for them.

Radio Telephone is available for emergency use and reservations.

All you have to bring is your fishing or hunting gear (life jackets included), licenses (Ontario Hunting Licence or Ontario Fishing Licence), groceries, personal first aid kit, flashlights, insect repellent, matches and rain and cold weather gear.

In order to avoid overload charges, please stay within the weight allowance. With careful planning and packing you should be able to stay within the 100lbs. and enjoy the comfort of our fully equipped cabins. The 100lbs. limit per guest is stricktly enforced.

Packing Tips

• Food supplies should be packed in a small to medium size stackable cardboard boxes.
• Two small coolers are better than one big cooler.
• Clothing and personal items should be packed in a medium sized duffel bags.
• Fishing rods should be in rod cases to prevent tips from getting broken.
